We have CAD/CAM PRO-E Simulation softwares available for sketching of drawing. GANGA FORGING engineering center comprises of advanced computer aided design, manufacturing and analysis capabilities, which caters to customers needs right from concept design validation and testing.

Die / Tooling making

There is fully-equipped Die Shop with Vertical Machine Center for making precision Dies. We manufacture more than 500 dies of numerous types and sizes for various OEM`s as well as secondary market.

Our Die Development is fully equipped to manufacture the turned blanked and machined components. It is a true example of the perfect merger of technical expertise with word-class infrastructure. We are equipped with sophisticated Vertical Machining Centers and milling Machine, Radial Drills, Bench Drills and CAD/CAM facilities for designing of processes

Well Equipped Laboratory

GANGA FORGING boasts of a well-equipped lab with most modern equipment like computerized Microscope with image enhancer, Metascope, Table Spectroscope, Jominy Apparatus and Mobile Spectrometer for chemical analysis of raw materials.

Grinding / Fettling

Heat – Treatment

Our in-house Heat Treatment Capabilities enhance the total control over the manufacture of quality forging. The temperature in furnaces is digitally controlled as per the specific need of the component. The GANGA FORGING Heat Treatment Facility includes Automatic Continuous flow Heat Treatment furnace for normalizing. ISO thermal Annealing with Hardening and Tempering Facility.

Shot Blasting

The GANGA FORGE provided its complimentary services of de-scaling operation thru shot blasting machine to avoid pit marks, Scaling and Conducted 100% fettling operation to remove flash projection & other marks
